The last few years, May 25th was Towel Day; and although the Towel Day site is no longer working, I suppose the same goes for today.
You know, if German cinema suppliers were just a tiny bit geekier, they should have picked this day to bring out the Hitchhiker's Guide movie. Instead? Some time in June. Boo.

Additionally, May 25th is the Day of the Glorious Revolution of Treacle Mine Road ((c)Terry Pratchett). So I suppose we should all wear a towel and a sprig of lilac today, or something.

Is there the full text and the tune to All The Little Angels somewhere around? There should be. There is for the Hedgehog Song.

Craving a hard-boiled egg now. Instead, fighting a hopeless battle against Nihongo Sôdanshitsu. Ngakh.

In den vergangenen Jahren war am 25. Mai der Handtuchtag; und auch wenn die offizielle Handtuchtagseite nicht mehr funktioniert, sollte das eigentlich heute genauso sein.
Also wisst ihr, wenn die deutschen Filmverleiher auch nur ein klein wenig interessanter wären, hätten sie doch diesen Tag aussuchen können, um den Per Anhalter durch die Galaxis-Film rauszubringen. Stattdessen? Irgendwann im Juni. Buh.

Außerdem ist der 25. Mai der Tag der Glorreichen Revolution in der Treacle Mine Road (wie auch immer die auf deutsch heißen mag). Das heißt wohl, wir sollten alle mit einem Handtuch und einem Zweig Flieder rumrennen, oder so.

Irgendwie will ich jetzt ein hartgekochtes Ei haben. Stattdessen quäle ich mich mit Nihongo Sôdanshitsu rum. Ngakh.
