Sticks and Stones
Jan. 9th, 2015 10:10 amHad a night full of unsettling, convoluted dreams in which I had to uncover a whole ball of conspiracies surrounding a terrorist attack in Paris. Nothing was as it seemed, everything was dark and dangerous, and the only person on my side was Joan Watson. (Set against us were Interpol, the Freemasons, "Pegida" and probably a whole lot of other groups I don't remember or can't identify in the waking world. Basically, everyone.)
Well, it's pretty clear where those dreams come from.

I'm not a fan of "Charlie Hebdo", just as I'm not a fan of "Titanic" or "The Onion": Almost always, their humour is too harsh for my tastes. However, I (mostly) manage to follow a simple "Don't like, don't read" rule, offline as online, and it works perfectly well. That some people believe that offensive words or images are a justification for violence and murder - worse, that some higher power condones or demands such violence! - is just horrifying and disgusting. And therefore, right now,
JE SUIS CHARLIE.
