You know, Burg is a really weird name for a castle.

Burg is actually the name of the town the castle is in, which kind of explains the weirdness ;)

It is? Well, it is also a weird name for a town, but not as weird as for a castle. Sometimes I can't believe what weird names towns have. Near Cologne there is one called Bilderstöckchen.

Yeah yeah, Burg is/was the town of the Counts of Berg. Not that that makes any sense (aside from the region actually being mountaineous. It'd be more fun if it looked like Holland, of course...).
