That was actually pretty hard - Indo-European, I'm reasonable at, but I haven't a clue about African and East Asian languages!!

Okay, so you're 50 points higher than me - I still resent ( alittle) the comment about the native speakers of english...

Hey, you're hardly the standard native speaker. (and perhaps I should have made it "native speakers of American English"?) But it is a fact that native speakers of English and French - and this quiz was in English, not French - tend to be more ignorant of languages than people native in... somewhat less world-wide-spread languages... ;)

I scored 60 points lower than you, and I'm about as oblivious as they come in regards to languages; I would be willing to stake my life on good guesses on my part to get a score even that high.

After a brief struggle with French, I merrily decided that I'm meant to be unilingual. ;)
