This morning Unterburg was open again, but the streets were covered in mud and flotsam, including massive tree trunks on the bridges (almost every house in Unterburg has its own bridge tue to the river between the estate and the road). All ground-floor doors were still barricaded with sandbags. Seems to have been some massive flooding. Fine, so I forgive them for not letting the drivers know in time; obviously they had more pressing trouble to deal with.
Adobe OCR is a lot better at recognising Anglo-Saxon words when you change the settings from "English (GB)" to "Icelandic". I should've thought of that sooner.
