The Procrastinator's Song, Part II (wee, continuity!)

Well.
The only Christmas present that's already on its way is ladylalaith's. The other presents mostly are nothing to speak of anyway and I haven't even scanned them yet, but I hope I'll be able to e-mail them by Dec. 25th so they're principially on time. Hurrah for the internet.
I do hope I haven't forgotten anyone whom I promised a present. Or a card, for that matter. Speaking of cards, I'm afraid they're New Year cards rather than Christmas cards. A thousand times sorry. I'll try to be better next year.

And because I have no time at all, I'm postponing my part in camwyn's meme. Will spread it after the holiday madness is over.

My English exam is due on Jan. 10th, which is in a few weeks. Time to re-read. Time to ponder possible topics. Anyone have any deep thoughts on The Glass Menagerie, Disgrace and Words in the Mind?
Also time to write the linguistics term paper, because I need the Schein bei 2/11.

So.
Das einzige Weihnachtsgeschenk, das sich bereits auf die Reise gemacht hat, ist für ladylalaith. Die anderen sind eh nicht der Rede wert und noch nicht mal eingescannt, aber ich hoffe, ich schaffe es, die am 25.12. irgendwie zu versenden, was sie sozusagen noch pünktlich ankommen lässt. Ein Hoch auf das Internet.
Ich hoffe, ich hab niemanden vergessen, dem ich ein Geschenk versprochen habe. Oder eine Karte, was das angeht. Wo wir schon bei Karten sind, das werden wohl eher Neujahrskarten als Weihnachtskarten werden. Entschuldigung. Ich versuche, nächstes Jahr besser zu sein.

Nefa, Elbey: Sehen wir uns irgendwann zwischen den Jahren, oder im Januar? Falls ja, wär es okay, wenn ich euch die Geschenke dann mitbringe? *liebguck* Wollte sie eigentlich gestern beim Tanzen Cele mitgegeben haben, aber Cele ist ja schon längst in Gronau...

Yutani: Willst du einen Scan per e-mail und das Original beim nächsten Treffen, oder das Original per Post zum neuen Jahr? Ist leider auch viel kleiner als geplant, gooooomen nasai!

Und weil ich keine Zeit habe, verschiebe ich meinen Teil in camwyns Meme. Ich verteile es, wenn diese wahnsinnigen Feiertage um sind.

Am 10.1. ist meine Anglistik-ZP. Das ist in ein paar Wochen. Zeit, die Bücher nochmal durchzulesen. Zeit, mögliche Themen zu bedenken. Hat irgendwer tiefe Gedanken über The Glass Menagerie, Disgrace oder Words in the Mind?
Außerdem Zeit, die Sprachwissenschaftshausarbeit zu schreiben, denn bis zum 11.2. brauch ich den Schein.
