On the fourth day of Christmas...

olorielIt's snowing since 9:30 (at least, that was when I woke up and noticed) and everything's white by now.
My boyfriend has planned a LAN party but hasn't really planned anything except for the fact that they are going to have a LAN party. He now noticed that we don't have enough connections, but after I refused to live without internet for the rest of the day, he suddenly remembered that there was a way how they all could play and I could still have internet. Strange, that.
He asked me to shovel snow outside although it's not our turn, then I did it anyway, then he took over.
Sometimes, I really don't understand men.
...and no, I'm not going to play Battlefield. If I have to fight my way through stupid terrain, I do that a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, neither in 1944 nor in Vietnam. No, forget it.

Es schneit seit halb zehn (zumindest habe ich es seither mitgekriegt, da bin ich nämlich aufgestanden) und inzwischen ist alles weiß.
Mein Freund hat eine LAN-Party geplant, aber eigentlich nichts geplant außer der Tatsache, dass sie eine LAN-Party machen. Ihm fiel gerade auf, dass unser Hub nicht genug connections hat, aber nachdem ich mich verweigert habe, den Rest des Tages ohne Web zu verbringen, fiel ihm plötzlich ein, dass er auch noch einen alten Hub hat, mit dem alle spielen können. Wie merkwürdig.
Dann sollte ich den Bürgersteig freischaufeln, obwohl wir gar nicht dran sind, und dann hab ich trotzdem angefangen, und dann hat er weitergemacht.
Manchmal verstehe ich den Mann echt nicht.
... und nein, ich werde nicht mit euch Battlefield spielen. Wenn mich der Drang überkommt, mich durch computeranimiertes Terrain zu metzeln, mach ich das vor langer Zeit in einer weit, weit entfernten Galaxis und nicht 1944 oder in Vietnam. Nein, ehrlich nicht.
