Well, now I'm sick too. My eyes are kind of swollen, my throat hurts, my nose is full of yucky gob, and my head is aching. Am sort of curious how kendô practice will be this evening; either I'll be dead or cured afterwards, I suppose. At least I don't have to worry about being contagious, because everyone else is being sick anyway. It is a comfort in wretchedness to have companions in woe...

Also, am wondering what is worse, the sweat-smell of my hakama before I washed it, or the indigo-smell of my hakama after I washed it. Good thing my nose isn't working properly right now.

Na, jetzt bin ich auch krank. Meine Augen brennen, mein Hals tut weh, meine Nase läuft und mein Kopf tut weh. Bin irgendwie gespannt, wie das heute Abend mit dem Kendô läuft; danach bin ich vermutlich entweder tot oder geheilt. Zumindest muss ich mir keine Sorgen machen, irgendwen anzustecken, weil momentan ohnehin jeder krank ist. Solamen miseris socios habuisse doloris...

Und ich frage mich, was schlimmer ist, der Schweißgestank meines Hakama vor dem Waschen oder der Indigogestank des Hakama nach dem Waschen. Gut, dass meine Nase momentan einigermaßen zu ist.
