This week went by in a hurry. From Monday to Wednesday night, I was RPGing with

seefuchs (bestest game master of the world),

kaneda,

eliathanis,

malicedl and

shiverdl. Against all expectations, we did finish the adventure, apparently bypassing a lot of

seefuchs' lovingly set traps. It was glorious. I now understand the addiction the others have succumbed to, and I'm afraid it has caught hold of me too...
I'm a bit sad the adventure is over, because I was just growing fond of Matt (my character) and found out he was a lot more reckless than I had initially thought. And it was generally just too much fun to be over so fast. (Traïdis pyjamas! Wee!) In spite (or because) of Fuchs' fondness and liberal application of angst.

eliathanis, we didn't even grow lame and fat due to the RPG diet of pizza, chips and chocolate, but instead feasted on soup and self-made pasta and salad and other excellent healthy stuff.

Yesterday I've been paying the dreaded visit to the dentist, which was... unedifying. I also prepared some stuff, although I still have to pack my baggage.

Because of my absence, I'll miss the first half of our Local Creation Month, so I'll try to get some stuff done during the journey lest I have to work double on the remaining days. We'll see. I'll pack some materials, at any rate, so if I find the time to be creative, I can.

We have to leave Clint with a friend of Jörg's, because my brother, who was supposed to look after him, will go to New York on Sunday and it's apparently too much to ask of my parents. Jörg's mother is coming with us, so unlike last year, she can't look after the cat. So Martina will take care of Clint; we'll bring him to her house later this afternoon. We hope he'll get used to it soon; he's not the youngest anymore and has never been one to welcome radical changes in his environment. *sigh*

I'll skip Kendô today. It's a pity, but since I'll leave my car at my parents' for the time of our vacation, I'd have to go there by train, and that takes a lot of time in the evening, and I'd like to get some sleep before the flight.

And by this time tomorrow, I'll be southbound and probably just above the equator. You be good while I'm not here!

Die Woche verging blitzartig. Von Montag bis Mittwoch Abend war ich beim RPG-Marathon mit

seefuchs (bestester Spielleiter der Welt),

kaneda,

eliathanis,

malicedl und

shiverdl beschäftigt. Wider aller Erwartungen haben wir es tatsächlich geschafft, das Abenteuer zu Ende zuspielen, wobei wir anscheinend ein paar von

seefuchsens liebevoll gebauten Fallen umgangen haben. Es war prächtig. Ich verstehe jetzt die Sucht, der die anderen anheimgefallen sind, und ich fürchte, mich hat sie auch erwischt...
Ich bin ein wenig betrübt, dass es vorbei ist, weil ich gerade anfing, Matt (meinen Chara) zu mögen und herausfand, dass er doch wesentlich waghalsiger war, als ich angenommen hatte. Außerdem war es generell viel zu spaßig, um so schnell vorbei zu sein (Traïdis-Schlafanzüge! Wee!). Obwohl (oder weil) Fuchs oft und gerne angstet.

eliathanis sind wir auch nicht mit der üblichen RPG-Diät alias Pizza, Chips und Schokolade versumpft, sondern haben uns an Suppe und selbstgemachter Pasta und Salat und anderen guten gesunden Sachen gütlich getan.

Gestern habe ich dann wieder mal den Zahndoktor besucht, was... unerfreulich war. Und ich habe einiges vorbereitet, wobei ich immer noch packen muss.

Durch meine Abwesenheit verpasse ich die erste Hälfte des Local Creation Month, also werde ich versuchen, unterwegs doch was geschafft zu kriegen, damit ich nicht den Rest des Monats doppelt arbeiten muss. Wir werden sehen. Ein paar Materialien nehme ich jedenfalls mit, also falls ich die Zeit finde, was zu machen, kann ich das dann auch.

Wir müssen Clint bei einer Freundin von Jörg unterbringen, weil mein Bruder, der ja ursprünglich auf ihn aufpassen sollte, am Sonntag nach New York entfliegt und es offenbar zu viel verlangt ist, dass meine Eltern sich darum kümmern. Jörgs Mutter, die das letztes Mal für uns gemacht hat, fliegt diesmal mit, also kann sie sich auch nicht um den Kater kümmern. Also fällt das Los auf Martina; am Spätnachmittag bringen wir ihn zu ihr. Hoffentlich gewöhnt er sich schnell dran; er ist nicht mehr der Jüngste und hat sich nie besonders über drastische Veränderungen in seiner Umgebung gefreut. *sfz*

Ich werd heute das Kendô ausfallen lassen. Ist zwar schade, aber da ich das Auto während des Urlaubs bei meinen Eltern absetze, müsste ich mit der Bahn fahren, und das dauert ewig an einem Abend, an dem ich eigentlich Schlaf für den Flug sammeln möchte

Und morgen um diese Zeit bin ich unterwegs in den Süden und vermutlich gerade über dem Äquator. Bleibt anständig, während ich weg bin!
