olorielYesterday was a Happy Day.
It was sunny and warmish, but not too warm. It was one of these days when you really don't feel like going to university but rather like sitting outside all day, but it's not that bad because once you come out of class, it's still sunny and warmish.
Between Japanese and West-African Art, I had two hours of spare time. Unfortunately, Japanese ends just before the cafeteria closes, so when you get there, only the middle floor still serves food. They didn't serve anything I wanted to eat there.
Promptly, Blinova-san (who didn't want to eat anything there either) invited me over and made salad and fried eggs with bacon and toast and home-made kimchee (her boyfriend is Korean, so she is practicing to prepare kimchee. It was very good, although not quite as hot as it tends to be usually). Invariably better than the cafeteria offer.
The West-African Art class wasn't overly exciting, but afterwards the weather was still so beautiful that I decided to walk from the museum to the WG. The tramway is always overcrowded anyway at that time.
I have my tickets for the Star Wars preview. Wednesday, May 18th, 8 pm. Weeeeeeee!

seefuchs, eliathanis, kaneda, elfy, malicedl, shiverdl and I met for the "killer game", or "Europe 7". We're rpging criminals with a rather complicated mission in the Vatican in the year 2165. Moste excellente. I really like my character. She's an arrogant and bitchy diva, but I really like her. We didn't get overly far, but we played till just after midnight and it was very enjoyable.
If that was Great Cthulhu's attempt at driving me mad, I'm very much afraid that it didn't work. Mad with happy, at most.
The only downer is that no one I know will be at the Elf Fantasy Fair (except, obviously, for some of the special guests whom I know but who don't know me. I'm very much afraid neither Lawrence Makoare nor John Noble nor Andy Serkis nor Terry Pratchett won't walk around with me...) I really would like to go, but not all by me onesies. So, I guess I'll make it a family day. Ngah.

Gestern war ein Guter Tag.
Es war sonnig und wärmlich, aber nicht zu warm. Es war so ein Tag, an dem einem echt nicht nach Uni ist, sondern vielmehr danach, den ganzen Tag draußen zu sitzen und zu lesen, aber es ist auch nicht sooo schlimm, weil es nach der Uni auch noch sonnig und warm ist.
Zwischen Japanisch und Westafrikanische Kunst hatte ich zwei Freistunden. Leider endet Japanisch aber so, dass man so gerade noch in die Mensa kommt, bevor sie schließt, und dann gibt es nur noch im Mittelgeschoss was zu essen. Da gab es diesmal nichts, was mich irgendwie gereizt hätte.
Prompt hat mich Blinova-san (die auch nicht begeistert von dem Angebot war) zu sich eingeladen und Salat und Spiegeleier mit Speck und Toast und selbstgemachtem Kimchee (ihr Freund ist Koreaner, also übt sie Kimcheemachen. Es war sehr lecker, wenn auch nicht so scharf, wie das normalerweise ist).
Die Westafrikanische Kunst war nicht allzu aufregend, aber das Wetter war danach immer noch so wunderschön, dass ich glatt zu Fuß vom Museum zur WG gelaufen bin. Die Bahn ist um die Zeit eh immer überfüllt.
Ich hab Karten für die Star Wars-Premiere! Mittwoch, 18. Mai, 20 Uhr. Weeeeeeee!
Und Abends haben dannseefuchs, eliathanis, kaneda, elfy, malicedl, shiverdl und ich mit dem "Killerspiel" aka "Europe 7" angefangen. Wir spielen einen bekloppten Trupp von Verbrechern, die einen einigermaßen komplizierten Auftrag im Vatikan im Jahr 2165 ausführen müssen. Ausgesprochen genial. Ich mag meinen Chara. Sie ist eine arrogante, zickige Diva, aber ich mag sie. Wir sind nicht so richtig weit gekommen, aber wir haben bis kurz nach Mitternacht gespielt, und es hat großen Spaß gemacht.
Falls das der Versuch des großen Cthulhu war, mich in den Wahnsinn zu treiben, fürchte ich, dass das nicht geklappt hat. Wahnsinnig zufrieden, höchstens.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass keiner, den ich kenne, auf dem Elf Fantasy Fair sein wird (außer den Stargästen, die ich offensichtlich kenne, die mich aber nicht kennen. Ich fürchte doch, dass weder Lawrence Makoare noch John Noble noch Andy Serkis noch Terry Pratchett mit mir da rumlaufen werden...).
Ich würde echt gern hin, aber nicht ganz allein. Also werde ich morgen wohl einen Familientag einlegen. Ngah.

Date: 2005-04-23 09:09 am (UTC)Ich finde immer mit mehr als vier Spielern wird das Ganze leicht ein wenig zu langsam. Alleine bis man sich mal auf eine Aktion geeinigt hat.
Die ideale Besetzung sind fuer mich: 1 Master und 2 - 4 Spieler.
