Oct. 29th, 2003 07:25 pmI don't believe this. A discussion about one person has split a group of people who until then seemed to be the best friends. So much that some of them already talk about stopping all contact with the others forever. And that just because some people simply dared to state their opinion.
I'm still surprised how incredibly childish grown-ups (including me) can be. Instead of using Friday's party to discuss the whole thing through, the discussion takes place over the internet. Of course, the party wouldn't be a party. But it might still be a good idea? But instead, some people make a "counter party" (and even call it that - Ilúvatar gracious!)
Fuck.
And since I like them all and understand both positions in the argument, I'm hanging in the vacuum between the two parties and am frustrated.
And desillusioned.
