Random Ranting XVII

I haven't been to the movies for what seems like ages.
Stuff I want to see on the big screen, if possible, the coming weeks: The Bourne Supremacy; The Manchurian Candidate; 7 Zwerge; Ralf König's Lysistrata; Alexander. I'm still annoyed I missed The Village, even though everyone keeps telling me that it sucks anyway. Similarily, in spite of everyone telling me what a great movie it's supposed to be, I really don't need to watch Downfall on the big screen. That's the sort of film I'd rather see on DVD where I can press the 'pause' button when I need to be sick, thank you very much.

I'm feeling generally useless and can't motivate myself to do anything to feel less useless.

I actually did my Japanese homework, though.

I'm hungry.

The Indian Queen is one nasty catchy tune.

I miss firetofire's updates.

And the shoebox_project.

I really ought to put the winter tyres on my car, especially since in all likelihood it's me, not Éowyn who's got to drive to Brotterode this weekend.

Which reminds me, I ought to call the hostel because of the packed lunch on Saturday.

I hate phoning people I don't know, even though they won't bite and are there to be phoned.

My love has received summons and has to appear before court on December 6th. Happy Santa Claus' day.

I really feel like playing Munchkin and there's no one to play with. Figures.

I really feel like eating pizza right now which is not a good idea.

This is not the Ring*Con blues, but rather some sort of early-winter depression. Which I usually counter with chocolate. Which is not a good idea either. I wonder whether oranges work as well.
