So, I might be able to get a ticket for the Middle-earth Festival after all.
Downside: It's from July 21st to July 24th.
That's a fine time, summer and all. But the semester officially ends on July 22nd. And, according to Watabe-sensei, that's probably the day the intermediate exam in Japanese will be held. Otherwise, it'll be in the week afterwards. Either way, I shouldn't really be running around in Switzerland then.
Gnaaaaaaah.
There, now you see what my not getting tickets was good for. I couldn't have gone anyway. Unless I fail the Japanese fourth-semester exams, but I'm afraid that even the Middle-earth Festival is no replacement for a finally finished basic course of studies.
