Do you need help? Shall I carry your iPod?
May. 8th, 2005 06:42 pmI'm back from the MTT. I'm also incredibly tired and have a headache. I'm also damn angry right now. But order.
The MTT was great, although I must admit it was perhaps a bit too large for me. I prefer the small meetings where I know everyone's name. Nonetheless, it was a lot of fun and madness. The weather wasn't as good as we wished for - during the rallye we got into a hail-and-rainstorm that was rather not funny - but we made the best of it. Of the weather, that is. We lost the rallye - well, we were better than Gil's group, which was everyone's basic goal, but we were the last-but-one team (we solved all riddles, but we failed at the softgun shooting. I like to think we would have done better if we had done archery, but unfortunately, the group before us shot all arrows into the forest where only two could be retrieved, one without point, so the archery had to be cancelled). Although we were the Battle Care Bears! In very ridiculous, very colourful outfits. With glitter. Our whole room was full of glitter as it was the Care Bear headquarter - the only one not on the Care Bear team sleeping in our room was Erendis, the NĂºmenorean Malcontent Factor. No, not really. Not really NMF, that is. Erendis was very sweet and nice. She just wasn't on our happiness-distributing team. And thus, she got blamed for the occasional lack of motivation (usually in the morning, when Nefa's iPod had to play the alarm clock. Stupid youth hostel breakfast times).
There is glitter in my bag, and two annoying tiny Japanese plastic animals.
[I always hated the Care Bears. What was I thinking? Well, it was fun!]
Although I didn't drink much (alcohol, that is) and slept more than most of the others, driving home was a pain in the ass. Especially as I didn't get to drive right home but had to pay a visit to my grandmother. Which was NOT on the way, dear mother. Which was also horribly annoying. I am NOT going to talk about it as I'll just get angrier then, but let's just say my mom can go fuck herself. So ends a fair day in wrath.
Should learn for the kanji-test tomorrow. Ngakh.
