No seven sons for you, kitten.
Dec. 2nd, 2006 05:12 pmHere, have a bad joke.
A woman takes her beautiful tomcat to the vet so he can be neutered. (The cat, not the vet.) When the tom awakes and walks around - a bit stiffly - he walks right up to the woman - and turns into a beautiful, beautiful man. And because we're not in the kind of crappy movie where animals turning into people are always properly dressed, but in a more realistic setting (...), of course he's split naked.
The woman stares.
"You have," says the man, "been always very kind to me. So I would grant you a wish."
The woman keeps on staring and staring and staring.
"Ah," says the ex-cat, smirking, "wishing you hadn't had me neutered, are you!"
Why am I telling you this?
Because Fëanáro and Mr. Darcy have been neutered yesterday.
If either of them decides to turn into their human(oid) namesakes now, I shall be very wroth indeed.
Otherwise, they're recovering well - walking a bit sorely, but otherwise just as chaotic as ever. And just as cuddly, so they're not bearing grudges, apparently.
