Machen wir das wirklich mit dem Kalender? Ich liege im Bett und verfluche mich, dass ich 1988 mein Silmarillion verliehen und nie wiederbekommen habe, weil ich Studien machen will! Der Mensch braucht was, womit er sich ablenken kann von eigenem Leiiiiid :-)
Heute wäre Tolkien 115 geworden. Traditionell stoßen die bekloppten Fans um 21:00 jeweiliger Ortszeit mit den Worten "The Professor" an.
Ich bin ganz stark dafür! Es gab mal eine Onlineversion, aber bevor ich die finde, sponsere ich dir gern ein neues. Schließlich nutze ich dein Zeichentalent ja dann voll aus >:D

Lyra? I have (yes, I know!) a spare copy of the Silmarillion. In the interest of bookswap, may I send it to you to give to zorn? It's in English, though!
... Oh. Wow... I hadn't really thought of that. See, I'm cleaning up and I got lectured most sternly about not trying to find a good home for some of my books, so really... you'd be helping me out! Are you sure you don't mind the English? :)
Well .. my LotR-copies are in English :-). My English is far from perfect (or even being good) but I like reading in English (eventually it will help me to improve *optimistic me*).
So ... I would really, really love that book and I promise I will honour it! It would have a family :-) and a nice shelf around my place.
Which ever works best for you then... I was going to just send it to Lyra and have her give it to you. And I'll just pop over to the Deutsche Post office near here and post it there, shall I?
