I knew that gold and silver leaf are used in traditional Himalayan medicine for internal application, so I was aware that you technically can eat it. But still, actually doing it! ^___^
You actually can. It just doesn't make much sense. I mean, it looks really pretty, but if you eat it with your eyes closed you don't notice any difference. The gold leaf is really really thin and tender and if you chew it, it just dissolves and.. well, tastes like nothing at all. ;)
