Ah, well. Two more weeks.
I absolutely can't stand Grimm-Sensei. To me, she is a very unlucky mixture of Renate Künast, Gilderoy Lockhard and Prof. Umbridge (though I imagined Umbridge more like Angela Merkel *cough*). Just had to get rid of this.
At least she let us go after one hour.
Finally got the soundtrack! I love it - more than the first though less than the second. Billy Boyd rocks (even though the tune reminds me of Reis Glorios melodywise); and I absolutely adore the Gondor theme. A worthy sequel to the Bridge of Khazad-dûm and Forth Eorlingas which were my favorites the last two years... And I really can't listen to The Grey Havens without having to fight back tears. Ngah.
Found my mobile phone again - I'd left it in Cologne. Stupid me.
I'm slowly but surely going insane. Looking back on last year, where I was basically hysteric during Kanji and Reading Practice (which took place about three hours before the Premiere), this is going to be even worse. Wouldn't be at all surprised if I decide yet to go to Berlin for the tenth, just for the heck of it. Once in a lifetime, and afterwards I'll be a good girl and never so madly indulge in my fandom again.
Yeah, right.
Bought Aztec tea and Christmas cards. The guy in the tea-shop still remembered me, even though I haven't been there for over one and a half years. "Ah, you're the one who bought the last Carroux copy of the Lord of the Rings." Heh.

Verdammt, ich wünschte, ich wäre dagewesen.
Naja. Noch zwei Wochen.
Ich kann Grimm-sensei absolut nicht ausstehen. Sie wirkt auf mich wie eine sehr unglückliche Mischung aus Renate Künast, Gilderoy Lockhard und Prof. Umbridge (obwohl ich mir letztere eigentlich eher wie Angela Merkel vorgestellt hatte *hust*). Das musste ich jetzt mal loswerden.
Immerhin hat sie uns nach nur einer Stunde nach Hause gelassen.
Jetzt habe ich endlich den Soundtrack! Ich liebe ihn - er ist besser als der erste, wenn auch nicht ganz so toll wie der zweite, meiner Meinung nach. Billy Boyd ist toll (obwohl mich die Melodie ziemlich an Reis Glorios erinnert);
und das Gondor-Thema ist einfach großartig. Ein würdiger Nachfolger zu The Bridge of Khazad-dûm und Forth Eorlingas, die in den letzten Jahren jeweils meine Favoriten waren. Und ich kann mir The Grey Havens nicht anhören, ohne fast zu heulen. Ngah.
Hab mein Handy wiedergefunden - ich hatte es in Köln vergessen. Dämlich.
Ich drehe langsam aber sicher durch. Wenn ich mich daran erinnere, wie ich im letzten Jahr während Kanji- und Leseübungen eigentlich nur noch hysterisch war (das war nämlich ca drei Stunden vor der Premiere), wird es wohl dieses Jahr noch extremer. Würde mich gar nicht überraschen, wenn ich doch noch für den Zehnten nach Berlin fahre, einfach so. Einmal im Leben, und wenn alles vorbei ist, werde ich ein braves Mädchen sein und mich nie wieder so sehr in mein Fandom stürzen.

Habe Aztekentee und Weihnachtskarten gekauft. Der Verkäufer in dem Teeladen hat sich immer noch an mich erinnert, obwohl ich da seit mehr als anderthalb Jahren nicht mehr war. "Ach, Sie haben doch damals die letzte Carroux-Ausgabe vom Herrn der Ringe gekauft." Heh.

Date: 2003-12-01 08:32 am (UTC)Obwohl ich sie mir viel weniger "furchterregend" vorgestellt hatte (irgendwie wie die nette alte Dame von nebenan, die aber ein grauenhaftes, widerwärtig perverses Wesen hat), ist Merkel ein netter Vergleich. ;)
