So I am not in the fortunate possession of what the ancients called a gebährfreudiges Becken. Instead I am in the possession of torn and cut and patched-back-together genitals & surroundings. (It isn't properly hurting yet, at least. :P).

Pics and gory details will follow when I'm back from the hospital (Jörg is just uploading this for me so you're updated) in a couple of days.
For now, please give a hearty welcome to Felix Christian, born July 25th at 5:21 pm (about an hour after his mother started believing that she wouldn't survive this). 53 cm, 3450 g, and (naturally) the most adorable baby I've ever seen, with tiny tiny hands, rather large feet, long soft hair and (alas) long sharp fingernails...
