Things that made me happy this week

- A lovely four-day, four-generational vacation in the Black Forest, courtesy of my grandmother, for Felix, my mom and myself. (The others had to work, so they couldn't come.)

- Felix being an absolutely adorable person (though very clingy) and being adored by everyone. Because his adorability is totally my achievement. :P

- Coming back from said vacation and seeing the hubby again, though the poor soul is still sick (and still has to work too much)!

- Today's xkcd. How true. Sad yet funny.

- A sweet yet powerful letter to young people of the female persuasion that I found via metaquotes. I could sign it, basically. (Sometimes I wish I had a daughter so I could show her these things: Instead I have a son whom I can teach to believe these things, too. Which is good as well, I guess.)

- A fellow dA-er's rant about what she disliked about GoT. I know, I know, how petty of me to harp on about that topic, but it really bothered me that much.

So that's all nice. Who needs birthdays, really? (While I'm being petty anway...)

Ja, ich versteh's total - letztes Jahr hab ich noch dran gedacht :( Euer Haus eignet sich doch super zum Feiern, dann mach das doch mal.

Da haben auch andere dran gedacht. War bestimmt der Flist-Domino-Effekt: Muss nur einer den ersten Stein werfen, dann können alle anderen nachziehen ^^

Wenn ich bis dahin über meine "Kommt ja eh keiner, und wenn, werden sie unser Gerümpel hassen"-Paranoia hinweg bin, werd ich das tun!

Apropos, lässt sich da was mit der Rekorderübergabe arrangieren? Das gute Stück steht nämlich sonst nur doof bei uns im Keller rum. ^^

Aufräumen ist nicht (so) das Problem - schrottige Möbel ersetzen schon eher ;) Ich hab doch so einen Perfektionismus-Fimmel und möchte am allerliebsten alles erst fertig renoviert und neu eingerichtet haben, bevor ich es der Welt präsentiere. *doof*

Tja, wann hast du denn mal Zeit? Ich bin ja reeelativ flexibel zur Zeit. Bloß Dienstag Vormittag haben wir Krabbelgruppe, aber da musst du sicher eh arbeiten ^^

Ja, kenn ich auch. Ich hab irgendwann einfach aufgegeben, weil ich die ersten Gäste sonst erst im Winter hätte empfangen können.
