Erm, yes, honey. Actually, they are. It's called The Law, and it doesn't just cover health care. I hope you're abiding by the laws of your country (or state), Mr. Tea Party Fuckwit, because otherwise, that'd be criminal.

As the immortal Sokrates so wisely observed: By living somewhere, you agree to obey the law of that place. If that law is so disagreeable to you that you don't want to obey it, you ought to move somewhere the law is more to your taste...

And no, I'm not talking about Sokratis the footballer (though Mr. Tea Party Fuckwit probably doesn't know him, either)...

Some of the Teapartyers are threatening to move to Canada to escape the onerous burden of having insurance. They probably don't realize that that country already has national healthcare. *snickers*

Don't you just love it when a group appeals to a higher power, expecting their opponent to bow to said power's decision when it is in the first group's favour - and when said power decides in favour of the opponent, the first group refuses to accept that? It's so totally logical!
