olorielI'm not actually here. I'm actually somewhere between here, there and nowhere in particular. I won't be here long, either.
I think I'm growing a fever or something. My head aches, and my eyes don't focus right, I'm cold but sweating. Gakh.
Need an appointment at the dentist's. Need an appointment at the orthodontist's. Need to write my term papers. Need to study Japanese. Anything else? Oh yes, need to at least try and help renovate the flat, though, assuredly, I'm the sort of person to let others work, just too happy when someone else does things for me, and do everything wrong anyway.
'Lost in Translation director Sofia Coppola picked up the award on absent Bill Murray's behalf.
In a statement written by the actor read out by Coppola, he said it was a "huge surprise" to win.' (~BBC News)
Um. I would say that if you have prepared a statement stating that it's "a huge surprise", the surprise can't be all that huge. But that may just be me. Oh, the hypocrisy.

Ich bin eigentlich gar nicht hier. Ich bin irgendwo zwischen hier, da und nirgendwo. Und ich bin auch gar nicht lange hier.
Ich glaube, ich züchte Fieber oder sowas. Kopfschmerzen, meine Augen stellen nicht richtig scharf, und mir ist kalt, aber ich schwitze trotzdem. Gakh.
Muss einen Termin mit Zahnarzt vereinbaren. Muss einen Termin mit Kieferortopäden vereinbaren. Muss meine Hausarbeiten schreiben. Muss Japanisch lernen. Sonst noch was? Ach ja, sollte zumindest versuchen, bei der Renovierung zu helfen, obwohl ich ja sowieso eher die Sorte Mensch bin, die andere arbeiten lässt, froh ist, wenn jemand anders mir die Arbeit abnimmt, und eh alles falschmache.
Die Regisseurin von 'Lost in Translation', Sofia Coppola, nahm den Preis für den abwesenden Bill Murray entgegen.

Öhm. Ich würde sagen, wenn man eine Rede vorbereitet hat, in der man von einer "großen Überraschung" spricht, kann die Überraschung so groß nicht sein. Aber das bin wahrscheinlich nur ich. Oh, die Scheinheiligkeit.
