olorielSo I got up early; so I went up to the attic to be as high up as possible in this house; so I stared out to the East.
Of course it was cloudy. The clouds were beautifully colored by the rising sun behind them, of course, but I can have that any old morning (if I rose early enough, that is).
In August 1999, the only cloudy day was the day of the solar eclipse. And by now, the sun is shining brightly, it's steaming hot and there is no cloud at all. Figures. Why couldn't the clouds be gone by 5:30 already? C'est trop injust!
It's also unfair that I have to prepare my stupid presentation instead of going down to the lake with my former classmates. Stupid presentation.
Actually, I should work on it now instead of being here. Gnah.

Ich bin also früh aufgestanden; ich bin auf den Dachboden gestiegen; ich habe mich durch Vaterns Eisenbahnanlage zum Ostfenster gequetscht.
Natürlich war es bewölkt. Die Wolken hatten wundervolle Farben durch die Sonne, die HINTER ihnen aufging, ja, aber das kann ich jeden blöden Morgen sehen (wenn ich denn früh genug aufstehen würde).
Im August 1999 war der einzige wolkige Tag der Tag der Sonnenfinsternis. Und mittlerweile sind die Wolken alle weg, die Sonne brennt und es ist elendig heiß. Das war so klar. Warum hätten die Wolken nicht schon um 5:30 wegsein können? C'est trop injust!
Es ist auch unfair, dass ich das blöde Referat vorbereiten muss, anstatt mit meinen Ex-Mitschülern zur Talsperre runterzugehen. Blödes Referat.
An dem ich eigentlich arbeiten sollte, anstatt hier zu sein. Gnah.
