Sooo. I'm afraid I'm finally succumbing to the lure of the portable music playing devices. I want one. Badly.
The moral issue (aside from not having the money I'd need to aquire one) is the following: I can't decide whether I'd rather want an iPod or an iRiver. The iPod looks better, is more likeable and, apparently, easier to handle. The iRiver, on the other hand, can not only store but also record music and speech, but the handling must be a science in itself. The price is about the same for either, so that's not helping any.
Gnah.
You help me decide.

Date: 2005-06-03 10:33 pm (UTC)The Creative Zen Touch (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000811E4C/qid=1117837778/sr=8-2/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i2_xgl/026-3039912-7650055) has 12 hours of battery life, I haven't heard any horror stories about any battery-life drops, it's got just as much storage as the iPod and it's cheaper.
