That's that.

I'm doing it again. I'm doing exactly what I did in French class back in school. I have no idea of grammar and know half the vocabulary at best, but I try just to let the words work their way out themselves (that is, in French class, at least I could write and didn't have to talk). I suppose that's good in its way, but I really should have a feeling for the language before trying to let it flow. Gahk.
I suppose the oral exam was okay. I talked a lot of nonsense and very incoherently (at one point, I wanted to say "not enough" but didn't know how to say it in Japanese. For heaven's sake. I remembered what "not enough" is in Quenya (úfarea), but I don't know it in Japanese. Way to go.), and I sucked at the reading part. But it's over now, at least until next week when we get the results. (I'll almost certainly have to take part in the repetition exams, so that ruins the vacation plans for good. I think I'll bring a tantô and a katana, then, just because it's stylish. I might ask sensei to be my second *cough*.)

Have to watch The Thirteenth Floor for Cyberpunk tonight. Hope that one's better than eXistenZ, because otherwise I'll scream and run away.
Then, more time for moving/ renovating (hopefully). Lots of unexpected trouble, but I'm still convinced it will work out fine. Yes I am.

In celebration of the end of the semester, I rewarded myself with HoME 7 and the Complete Chronicles of Narnia. Probably don't deserve a reward, but I couldn't resist.
Now if only I could find the damn money order for the next semester's fee, all would be under control. More or less. I suppose.
