American Eruhantalë
Nov. 26th, 2004 11:04 amFirst off, Happy Thanksgiving to the Americans among you!
Am slightly confused as to why it was a Thursday and not some weekend day, but I guess I just missed something important.
Since we Germans have our Thanksgiving on the first weekend in October, i.e. when the first harvest is in, not when the last is done, I won't post my reasons to be thankful and all. Although I sort of missed it this year. Well. I'm grateful for my family, my beloved, my friends (among which I count all of you), my crazy brain, all the books I like to read, my university education, stuff like Ring*Con and medieval dancing, my survival of that car accident, the chances to travel, food, music, life, the universe and everything.I'd also like to thank the Academy and the producer who has been just fantastic and everyone who has made this project possible.
Met Nahoko yesterday; she gave me the armour she had gotten from the university. She had drawn a map so I'd find her place despite all my affirmations that I knew the whereabouts. A map on which she spelled Chlodwigplatz with an 'r' *squee* . Anyway, now I have armour, though not my own; I guess I'll have to order that soon, because the gloves are much too small for me.
