Yesterday was my mom's 50th birthday. Since my dad turned 50 in January already, they celebrated their "100th" birthday today. Let's say the celebration was not quite as bad as expected, but almost. And although everybody said they were very impressed, I think Jörg's and my Kendô demonstration was totally out of place. But my mother had asked for it as a birthday present, so we had no choice.

Ate too much yesterday. Ate too much today. Feel yucky now and something's still not quite right with my stomach. Hope it will return to normal, because this is utterly annoying and with Easter looming on the horizon, I'm afraid there'll be far too much food again next weekend.

Did a few creative things but nothing big really. Didn't get to finish any project, which is rather frustrating.

The most positive thing I have to say is that it's finally Spring which is, as you all know by now, my favorite season next to autumn. Ah, the joys of the days being longer than the nights.
But alas for time passing so quickly that I feel we only just celebrated the turn of years and now it's spring all of a sudden and soon the new semester will start and I am, as yet, utterly unprepared.
